Conversations

Announcements and private conversations

Need to send an announcement to all parents? Need to talk to the parents of one child? Need to print backpack notes for any communication? Do it right here in conversations.

Email notifications

You and parents are notified via email whenever a new conversation is started and when anyone responds to a conversation you're part of.

Calendar

Keeping parents updated of classroom events has never been easier. Just create an event in Calendar and it’s instantly visible to all parents. Send optional notifications for new events. Add sign-ups for donations. It’s a snap.

Help Requests

Help Request let's you request any kind of help you might need from parents.

Money (New!)

New for the 2016-17 school year is Monetary donations. Any help request can include a request for money. These requests can also be set up to allow online payment via PayPal.

Volunteer Slots

If you need volunteers for a particular time, just add a volunteer request and set the time. All times will appear on your calendar, and anything a parent volunteers for will appear on their calendar as well.

Items

Request class supplies or items for class events. Add an item and enter the name of the item. It's that simple

Room Feed

You really want to share the special moments that happen in the classroom. But you can’t trust public social media with the privacy of the children. Room feed is your secure and private social media channel just for your class. You know anything you post there will only be visible to parents, room parents and the teacher for the class.
